Blog Post 10!

I am not familiar with Kyudo, but I think it is some form of traditional Japanese martial arts, like a combination of Judo or Kendo. I remember in class it was mentioned as similar to archery, though I am sure there are difference culturally compared to the West and in Japan.

In order to become good at Kyudo, a significant amount of practice, discipline, and perseverance is required, as is required of becoming proficient in any martial arts.

I would as the question of how Kyudo compares to archery in the West, and if there were/are any influences shared between the two cultures. I would also like to know the evolution of how Kyudo was used in different wars.
